Our Genesis
Established in 2011, Lunar Birch emerged as an alternative to the sprawling, institutional consulting models. We recognized that executive leaders were burdened by generic frameworks and templated advice that failed to account for the unique operational realities of their firms.
We built Horizon to be different: a concentrated team of senior practitioners who do not delegate critical analysis to junior staff. We are physically present, mathematically rigorous, and strategically uncompromised.
